This class is aimed at helping students maintain an equal and healthy balance of strength and flexibility. Focus is given to the four muscle groups that comprise the core of the body. In our Core and Conditioning class, we spend time strengthening and stretching the essential muscle groups to encourage vibrant, full, and safe dancing. Students who participate in this class can expect to see increased flexibility, higher extension, a stronger core, better balance, and decreased risk of knee and ankle injury. This class is ideal for our students who play soccer, run track, participate in gymnastics, and even for our parents who sit at desks all day!
